Refund policy

AnouraPRO does not issue any refunds for any orders. Once you've made a purchase on the site, I fulfill the order and send it out. For sanitary reasons, I cannot replace/ refund any items the consumer has obtained. Store credit can be issued if needed. Their are some instances where AnouraPRO/FACEBYRISA will issue refunds to faulty, or broken items. If you are not completely satisfied with any of TWEEZER purchases: do not perform at all and or do not grip lash extensions, I WILL offer a credit, or send a new item out to you.
